It's an inspiration to watch Esther giving an encouraging start this morning in the World Singles Championships 2012 at Galactica Bowling Center, Limassol, Cyprus.

Bowling in the first squad at 10:00am, Esther shrugged off her sub par first game of 179 and made adjustment for her subsequent lines of 235, 189, 190.

In her penultimate game, an energized Esther fired a strike fest 236 game and stormed home in her last game with seven consecutive strikes for a remarkable 266 game. Her accumulative 1295 series total put Esther in a good second position behind leader, Alena Korobkova of Russia.

Team mate, Jacqueline Sijore just started her competition in the second squad.
