The 27th Penang Pesta Int'l Bowling Classic 1999 wasbe held from December 3 - 6 at Mega Lanes, Prai. The official hotels were Sunway Hotel, Seberang Prai and Hotel Equatorial, Bukit Jambul, Penang.
Men's Open - Nil Men's Graded A - 5 pins per game Men's Graded B - 10 pins per game Ladies' Open - 5 pins per game Ladies Graded - 12 pins per gameHandicap will be added to each game bowled in Round 1 (A & B Squad) of 10 games each, including the final round. Each squad will consist of 100 bowlers and each bowler will bowl two (2) blocks of 10 games each, making a total of 20 games bowled. The top 24/30 bowlers after the two (2) blocks will proceed to the final. (If >150 participants, finalists would be increased to 30 bowlers).
