To celebrate the Visit Malaysia Year 2007, the Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress will be hosting the 30th Malaysian International Open Bowling Championship. The biggest and the richest ever Tenpin Bowling Championship in Asia. We are providing a total prize fund of US$100,000 , with the Men's Open Masters Champion alone to be awarded with a whopping US$25,000, and the Ladies' Open Masters Champion US$7,000. The graded divisions for men and women too will be awarded with attractive prizes.

Several reigning world, regional champions and national teams have already accepted our invitation to join us in the celebration. We will be extending invitations to many world-class bowlers to participate in this prestigious championship At the same time, the Malaysian International Open will be a ranking leg for the World Ranking Masters 2008.

There are two official hotels: Pyramid Tower Hotel (RM230 nett wo/breakfast) and Sunway Lagoon Resort Hotel (RM335 net wo/breakfast) are available for booking. We only have a total of 100 rooms and reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

The championship's joint-main sponsors are Canon Marketing and Sunway Lagoon Resorts (and official hotel), co-sponsors Nestle Products (Milo International Youth Masters sponsor), Mesuma (official attire) and Pyramid Mega Lanes (official venue).
